About the role: We are seeking a hands-on Tech Lead with strong expertise in Python and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) to design, develop, and lead scalable backend and cloud-based solutions.
. Cloud Platforms: Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure (AWS knowledge is also acceptable), Azure Functions, Virtual Machines, APIs, API Gateway (APIG), Security
. Programming: Proficiency in Python
. CI/CD & Automation: Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git-based automation
. UI Technologies: Working knowledge of TypeScript / JavaScript frameworks
. Database: Strong experience in MS SQL Server
. .NET: Good understanding for application maintenance/support (not core development)
. Leadership:
. Experience with MS SSIS packages / Cozyroc ETL tools
. Exposure to AWS or Azure cloud ecosystems (multi-cloud awareness preferred)
. Lead design and development of scalable cloud-based applications
. Drive architecture decisions, code quality, and best practices
. Own and manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end delivery
. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
. Ensure system reliability, security, and performance optimization
. Handle production support and maintenance (including .NET systems)
. A tech-first leader who balances coding and team management
. Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive outcomes independently
. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
. Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
