Bridging Smiles: Company’s CSR Initiative at School for Differently-Abled Children

We are happy to announce that we have initiated a step towards this mission and established a Corporate social responsibility (CSR) team which passionately works to give back to the community. Our initial focus started on the note to create a difference in the educational infrastructure for the underprivileged and the differently abled children.

We visited Vikasam Special Learning School in the first week of December 2022.

Vikasam, a beacon for the disadvantaged, shelters children with multiple disabilities including visual and hearing impairment, and cerebral palsy. The institute imparts knowledge to the underprivileged tribal kids as well.

“People with disabilities face many daily barriers, from physical obstacles to learning barriers. Vikasam is one such concept dedicated experiential learning school, where students engage in multiple activities designed to achieve curriculum objectives along with textbooks and classroom teaching techniques”

Our visit to Vikasam has been gratifying as we witnessed the great work done by the school for the needy and were overwhelmed by the innocent smiles and joyful laughter as our gifts and contributions made a difference in their lives.

As an Organization, we take pride in being employee-driven, which always creates win-win opportunities for our partners and customers. We believe in making a positive societal change with our human thoughts and responsible actions. These beliefs and values have outgrown manifolds from preserving a happy work culture to serving society and the environment to our best!

As a part of the CSR activity, Vikasam was our first initiative, and as a process, the school’s infrastructural needs were discussed and identified. The proactive and tireless efforts of our CSR team made this event both successful and meaningful. We appreciate and applaud our CSR team for their undying passion, dedicated personal hours, creative thinking, and continuous efforts to help make a difference to society. We are proud of you!
